“It’s a Wonderful Life”

Really?  Jimmy Stewart contemplates death as he faces financial ruin, but an angel helps him choose life.  In the upheaval of divorce, where much might be torn and taken, and hopelessness can take hold, focus on the little things: a child’s smile, a snowflake to cool your face, a pillow to rest your head.

The storm will be survived, you will find people you never thought of to hold your hand and walk you through.  In the end spring will come, for you, your children, and a new, settled life will emerge.  But in the storm, focus on the small, wonderful gifts of each day, each hour.
